This feast day is celebrated on September 8. According to
Holly Tradition Saints Joacheim and Anna were the parents of Mary. The
traditioinal story of the birth of Mary is preserved for us in 2 ancient
books known as "The Gospel of the Birth of Mary" and "The Pro-evangelion
of St. James."
